Advice By Lao Fzu
Welcome to my free Taoist counseling services for those who are facing challenges in their lives, or who just want to achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and the world that they live in. Please use the Contact Form to explain your situation as best you can. Please bear in mind that certain types of advice such as legal and medical are not permitted, answers for these types of questions should be directed to the those who are professionally trained in these matters. What I try to do is to help you discover the options available, so that you may make an informed choice about which path you wish to follow.
In giving counsel, I draw upon my own experiences as an Astrologer, Taoist and Writer. I have many years experience in all these areas which I gladly share with those who are interested. My current path began when I started studying Astrology in 1972 becoming a practicing Astrologer in 1977. While studying Communications and Philosophy in college from 1979 to 1983, I along with several friends who were writers began publishing a magazine to promote our work. It was also during this time period that I began a formal study of Taoism after having picked up a copy of the Tao Te Ching, and realizing that the philosophy contained within best suited my outlook on life. In 1994, I founded the TaoWoods Center (then named TaoWorks Village) which I still spend a great deal of time on. I am currently the President of the organization, and the author of the Taoist Daily Quotes.
